This is for the payment of a bike delivery fee.

This is for the sole use of paying to have a bike collected and returned to the store. This service is NOT insured. If you wish to add insurance please contact the store, additional costs will be incurred.
Any bike returned without insurance is at the senders risk.
All returned bike are fully inspected once they arrive back with us. No action will be taken until this inspection is performed.
Returned bikes MUST be repackaged exactly as they arrived, with all the same packaging where possible.
If you are returning a bike for exchange please note that a shipping charge to send out the exchange bike will be incurred. To avoid this it's best to do a "swop out". Contact the store for details.
If your bike is being returned for a refund any costs to cover damage in transit back to us will be deducted from your refund if no insurance is taken.
This charge covers the cost of the carrier visiting the collection address once. If there is no one in and the carrier has to return, further charges will be applied.
Please ensure the original delivery notes are clearly visible on the packaging, if you removed them, reapply them.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure our website has the latest up to date details about every product we sell we will not be held responsible if a changed specification is not reflected within our site.
If such an instance occurs we will be happy to refund the customer the full purchase price (excluding shipping) however the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us.
