30 Days Money Back Trial Period

1. This service applies only to bikes with a purchase price over £199.99.
2. Shop soiled bikes are excluded from the offer.
3. To enable the 30 day returns facility you MUST use the voucher code 30DAYS at checkout. (Not sure how to use voucher codes? Read this.) There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule. NONE!
   
4. Bikes must be returned in the conditioned detailed on the right and below under "reasonable use".
5. Bikes MUST arrive back with us within 30 days of delivery.
6. All bikes must be returned in line with our standard returns policy.
7. All items purchased along with the bike must also be returned or any discount offered on such items will deducted from the eventual refund.
8. Special offer bikes (where the price is in red) are not eligible for this service.

Reasonable Use

The concept behind our 30 day money back trial period is for those who are unsure about their new bike to be 100% confident that if the new purchase turns out to be a wrong decision, they will not be left with a useless bike!

It is NOT a facility for chancers to get a nice bike for a holiday, or race meet, or anything similar. To combat any potential abuse of this service we have a "reasonable use" approach to offering refunds.

Bikes returned should only have been used for a few rides, to get a feel for the bike and decide if it's right for the rider. We are professionals at bike inspections and working out how much use a bike has seen. If the bike has had hundreds of miles put on it, or been used for lots and lots of off road riding, we will not accept it back for a refund.

To put it simply: If buyers are sensible and treat the facility as it's intended, there will be a refund offered. If not, there won't be.

This service is over and above your statutory rights, and is entirely at the discreation of Real Cycles. By using the voucher code "30DAYS" we are not entering into an contract to offer a 30 day refund, we are only agreeing to consider the bike for a return and refund.
